Order Placement

To place your order, follow these steps:

1. Browse through our wide range of products until you find the one you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products in your cart).

2.‘My Cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.

3. Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, follow these steps :

1. You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders by sharing an email with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Remember, the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us an email on care@steenbok.com

2. After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

3. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered, and if the customer receives a faulty product, then he or she can raise the return request.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

1. In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multi pack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products.

2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. First we will replace products, if you found any issues with them. And in some cases product amount will be credited back to his/her bank account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

4. To schedule a return, please send us email with complete order details and reason to return the product. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin-codes and is chargeable*

5. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

6. We do have an exchange/replacement policy, so first we will go with the same. In very few cases you can return the product, and get refund against the returned product into your bank account.

7. The amount credited on return will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered.

Refund Policy

1. All refunds will be credited in your used payment method or bank account in case of COD orders*

2. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access site

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product with a valid reason for return and approval. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your account in the next 7-10 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs.499. If you choose the COD payment method, we levy a Rs. 50 COD charge for every product you order. (Note: We may give FREE COD during a few promotion days)

Delivery Time

The tentative delivery period varies from 4-7 working days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
