Returns & Refunds

 

      1. Customers can return the order within 3 days after an order has been received and replace it within 5 days after an order has been received. (Including the date of delivery)

      2. You can initiate cancellation requests for products or orders within 12 hours from the time of placing the order by writing us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Always the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering the products. Send us the email at care@steenbok.com 
        Note: Few special items are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or replacements. The same will be mentioned in the product description.

      3. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, orders can not be canceled. If the order is delivered and you receive a faulty product, you can raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.

      4. If you have received damaged product/s, always feel free to return the shipment. The order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within seven working days once the order is picked up and received at our warehouse.

      5. If the product delivered was found faulty from steenbok, the product replacement will be initiated.

      6. Customers are requested to check the SIZE CHART before placing an order. If the customer returns/exchanges an order due to the wrong size/color/design picked by the customer, the customer is entitled to bear the shipping cost.

      7. For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular bank account shared by the user. The refunds are applicable only for the faulty items sent by steenbok.

      8. Kindly pack the dresses/accessories securely to avoid any loss or damage during the transit of the products. If you receive a defective product (Subjective to verification), the entire shipping charges will be bared by steenbok. And if any wrong orders were placed by the customer, including the wrong size, color, or design picked by the customer, the customer is entitled to bear the cost.

      9. steenbok can arrange the reverse pickup (chargeable and only available on limited pin-codes), or the customer can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post.

      10. In case of any defective product (Subjective to verification), steenbok will bear the shipping charges. If the wrong order/size/design is placed or the item is damaged by the customer, then the customer has to bear the shipping cost. The 1st replacement will be free of cost. i.e., steenbok will bear the shipping charges of the exchanged product we will be sending, and the customer only has to bear the courier charges of the product they return us for the exchange.
